Office politics and Networking

Office politics and Networking

"Networking is an investment in your business. It takes time and when done correctly can yield great results for years to come."?Diane Helbig

Your business can mean your career, your company and, of course, if you are an entrepreneur or owner... your actual business!

It is common to approach networking with a short-sighted vision. For those who are shy and more reserved, we might find excuses to not attend an upcoming business event or even approach a new person to talk about a topic of interest. For others, we might be so focused on the operational side of our work to consider relationship building.??

In this week's video, I hope to give you a number of ideas and outlets to break through this block. It is an absolute must to think seriously about networking, both internally and externally. It is future-proofing your career, deal-making capabilities and putting yourself in the best position to take on new opportunities in any shape or form.?
