4 个月Groupism occurs when people with similar interests or attitudes or personal preferences come together or just seek new targets or opportunities for groupism arose out of any situation and spread similar and wrong messages to influence others. While some thinks for all positivity. Since excessive/repeated groupism creates severe conflicts at workplace and hampers productivity so there can be recognize and rewards for those who contribute positively to an inclusive environment as a control measure.
