You are a busy professional and no matter how much technology is either helping or hindering you, it doesn’t seem to make either your business or personal life any easier, there is just more “stuff” to do!
The demands on you are massive! People are always over booking meetings, wanting webinars and demanding you on the phone. It seems that “Time Management” is something that has been left long back in the 80’s. You get home at night and wonder what on earth happened in your day and more to the point what did you actually achieve and how far did you get down your “To do list”?
The first step is for you to take control and YOU need to decide what YOU are going to do in your day? There is no point focusing and spending time on things you can’t control or even worse trying to “turn that ship” that you have no influence over.
