Story:

The office in which they worked was neither large, nor particularly small. For Everybody it was still easy to get lost in the crowd. Somebody would always take credit for the work. Anybody could have been performing great, but in the end Nobody got things done.

As the festive season approached, a special mission was unveiled: to spread holiday cheer in the office, and beyond.

Everybody got excited and thought that Somebody would definitely lead the charge. Anybody was capable of doing it, but as it turned out, Nobody stepped up to the task. Somebody was miffed, having assumed it was Everybody's responsibility to contribute to the spirit of season.

Everybody knew that keeping up a good Christmas spirit was an important task and sure that Somebody would need to do it. Anybody could have done it, but in the end, Nobody did it.

Somebody got angry about that because it was Everybody's job. Everybody thought that Anybody could do it, but Nobody realized that Everybody wouldn't do it.

It ended up that Everybody blamed Somebody, when Nobody did what Anybody could have done...

This tale of our four colleagues in the season of joy shows us that, like with many things, the true essence of the holidays begins within each of us. Warmth and joy is not found in grand gestures, but in acts of kindness and collaboration.
