Office Application Remediation (12 month duration)

? Experience remediating Office based applications (e.g., Macros, Add-ins and VBA code) for Office Pro Plus, these types of applications are also known as Business Developed Applications (BDAs).

? Experience / familiarity with the following Office App Compat tools and assisting customers migrating from Office 2010 to Office Pro Plus

o Office Telemetry (deployment and usage experience)

o Office Readiness Toolkit (ORT)

? Provide strategy, guidance and leadership around BDA readiness for Microsoft Office applications.

? Experience working in a large enterprise environment, deployments of Windows/Office, with large application portfolios, use of business developed applications (BDAs).

? Help users understand Office readiness through Office Telemetry Dashboard reports and Office Readiness Toolkit Readiness Reports.

? Consult with Aetna users on remediation tactics (as part of the Microsoft CoE), troubleshoot and remediate Microsoft BDA’s (Excel, Access, VBA, Macros and Add-ins).

? Document usage / tool guidance and best practices (when, how and why scenarios).

? Engage alongside Aetna and Microsoft team on the account
