Hello everyone, on this week's topic we speak about JOB OFFERS.
i just spoke to someone who was ecstatic to attend an interview and actually receive an offer up until she was pretty much disappointed on the salary offered.
can i reiterate that even if you were unemployed for some-time or worked for some-time and you have quite enormous experience and your abilities to conquer the job are on the ceiling ... always negotiate for your self. Do not let people push you down because you're desperate to ascend. the corporate structure has changed intensively to a point where salaries are not even meeting the needs of people. let's not even speak on high prices we face everyday all day i mean it's crazy out-here. word for the day is SPEAK UP! regardless of where you come from "learn to say something so your presence can compliment your abilities and needs".

1 年THATO MALEMA Thank you for your post. It's great. The thing though is that once you lack confidence or feel you don't have any other choice. It becomes too easily to be taken advantage of. I know this from experience. How do you teach someone how to value themselves?
