Hello, I am a real Estate broker in Manhattan, NY with Sotheby's. But I do business a little differently than most traditional brokers. Some of you already know me. One of the things that I specialize in is finding rare deals for buyers of residential real estate. These are generally really good deals that most people do not know about. They are either off market, hidden from the public or unique in some way. I come across these properties all the time and it is in integral part of my business model. As I have continued to grow my sphere I have been able to gain more and more access to these types of special deals.
