The Bloomberg New Energy Finance forecast says it all: from a low base of only $3 million in 2012, the investment in the pay-as-you-go grew to $223 million in 2016.

7 年I am sorry to say that this "pay as you go" is a western scham to Africans.. they take small money every month; making several 100% profits. This is NOT development... Ok... they are helped temperary. but its not a sustainable solution.
