Junior Business Analyst – Temporary Contract – Europe

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated person to join our Business Management Team in Central and Eastern Europe, in the exciting category of Personal Systems (Notebooks, Workstations, Displays, Accessories).

In this role, you will work together with Product Managers, Business Management, Finance, Supply Chain and Sales Teams in all countries and support them with the needed data points to support a fact- based decision process. You will be able to join exciting projects driven by worldwide teams and contribute to the adoption of Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence tools in HP’s decision-making process.

Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

Good capabilities in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Python)

Fluent in English, Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Strong Excel, PowerPoint and M365 CoPilot knowledge

Familiarity with machine learning and artificial intelligence tools

Basic knowledge of IT industry standards and best practices
