I have created a simple excel file, where you can edit value and see the effect of changes on productivity, profitability and losses.

Excel sample simulates a production environment for a machine and two employees working on it.

Do not change grey fields. Just change values on OEE Play Ground sheet. First page is just to explain how OEE components are divided.

I hope it helps.
