As on ode to Toorak, SPG will continue its legacy with their latest site in Hawksburn, Melbourne. This milestone validates its market resilience and highlights the momentum SPG has built in Melbourne.

The 226-228 Williams Road design by Cera Stribley, strengthens SPG’s purpose to drive a positive impact with every project. At the heart of each project is SPG's unwavering focus on people – who they are and how they live, now and in the future.

SPG's Hawksburn site lies at the centre of a crucial adjunct of Toorak, South Yarra and Prahran; some of the most affluent, sought after suburbs of Melbourne. The project is in a commanding position and achieves a near perfect walk score of 93 which classifies it as a "walkers paradise" and a transit score of 81, an "excellent transit" meaning daily errands do not require a car.

The design consultation permitted feedback from multiple resident stakeholders. Research into market insights and knowledge about what the people are comfortable with culminated in a team effort, with SPG successfully achieving the outcome via community consultation.
