An ode to my enemy
Thy name is what I take again and again,
More often than that of my love or god,
Every part of my soul beseeches your destruction,
My heart and my mind are your eternal abode
In insulting you I find my pride,
Lewd jokes about you make me laugh hard in spite,
Stories of your horror teach me what I am not,
Unshakable belief in you my enemy is my spiritual guide
If I can kill you, you are not worthy of my curiosity,
If I can reconcile, I am not trustworthy of animosity,
Perpetual hate is all that I could ever love,
Your humble servant I am, devoted to thy hate for eternity
You define me, you give me purpose, you make me complete,
I owe my righteousness to your unending deceit,
Your smallness and cruelty is what makes me feel strong and great,
Mockery of your existence is my raison d’être
Hating you is what keeps me alive,
In your hatred I meekly unite,
I may say I want to kill you, but please don’t die,
If you are not you anymore, then who am I? Then who am I?
