Heat pump owners report strong performance during cold weather, survey finds
A recent survey of over 1,700 Octopus Energy customers with newly installed heat pumps reveals that customers were overwhelmingly satisfied with the performance of their heat pump during the coldest days of winter.
The research conducted by Octopus found the vast majority of households (86%) reported their heat pump kept them as warm as they wanted during the bitter cold snap in early January. Learn more now.
Ideal Heating Commercial announces 10-year warranty on Evomax 2 boiler
Ideal Heating Commercial has announced that its best-selling wall-mounted boiler, Evomax 2, is now available with a 10-year warranty.

BBC publishes first Net Zero Transition Plan
The BBC has published its first Climate Transition Plan, detailing how it intends to be Net Zero by 2050. This forms part of the Corporation’s commitment to building a sustainable BBC and wider media industry.
From reducing emissions on acclaimed drama Blue Lights by replacing diesel fuel with HVO in generators and production trucks, to replacing refrigeration chillers and gas-fired boilers with heat pumps in its offices, the BBC is committed to driving decarbonisation across the BBC Group.
