Scaling marketing teams ???
With 11 achieved hires, we helped build a Marketing and Sales team for an EnergyTech, Delfos. This is how we did it ??
??Onboarded recruitment pro, Rupert David Smith Smith and an amazing account manager, Ellie Baker into the Delfos team.
??Set up ambitious goals together with Guilherme Pinheiro Studart and Samuel Lima.
??Explored Spanish and Brazilian markets to find the best talent.
??Screened more than 100 candidates.
??Successfully hired 11 candidates out of the 13 extended offers.
??Supported Cecilia R. with data migration and assisted with establishing recruitment processes inside the newly implemented ATS.
