Since our last newsletter, we’ve successfully launched Clearcare v6.1 with a wealth of system updates, improvements and new features, including our Rotas module (more info below!)

Our Commitment to In-House Training & Support
Did you know that ALL of our support and training is delivered by our in-house team?
Based in Stafford, our team of 20 works hard to ensure that you can always access support from real people; no AI chatbots, no outsourced call centres - just hands-on support from the same team that builds our software.
Throughout 2024, we've continued our commitment to strengthening our support offering. We now have 3 full-time technicians and 3 specialist trainers on hand, ensuring our customers can always speak to Clearcare experts when they need them.?
As well as free support, we offer free training for up to 3 system administrators, helping to ensure easy implementation. We have also launched free on-going training webinars to help our customers make the most of Clearcare. Beginning in the summer, over 3,000 Clearcare users attended and we’re excited to confirm we’ll be running more in November!?
We’ve Renewed our Cyber Essentials Certification
We store all of our data in the UK, as we better understand the local cyber threat landscape and can offer increased levels of security. To show our commitment to this, we have renewed our Cyber Essentials Certification, which helps us to protect our data from cyber attacks for another year.?
We’re also ISO 27001 and ISO 20091 certified which requires us to take a rigorous, systematic approach to manage and protect sensitive data. This means that we follow established data retention policies that adhere to strict legal and compliance obligations, including internal and external audits and pen testing.?

We Need Your Help to Reach Care Leavers!
The University of Liverpool is conducting a study to explore how positive and negative care experiences influence later-life mental health. The survey gives care leavers the opportunity to share their experiences, helping to improve mental health outcomes for future generations to come.
