What am I seeing right now?

It is more critical than ever to develop a winning conscience and train it to be impactful as part of your subconscious. This year has been a breakthrough year for me. Things happen for a reason. It is amazing to me how I have been holding myself back and putting limitations on my abilities.? For me, it has been spending more time in prayer and investing time in the things that matter. For me, that is the people I am surrounded by at work and at home.

I am a much different person today than I was eight months ago. I am seeing things in such a new way and experiencing things in a much fuller way. ?Even with all the distractions of the world and the economy and political nonsense, it pays to stay informed but it pays more to take the leap of faith to continue down the path of mission and vision through Faith. I do find myself praying more not out of worry, but wonder. There is a huge difference. When we trust and surrender who we are and what we stand for to God in prayer, we see hope and we see the beauty of what can happen here and what lies ahead of us after our short time on earth.

I am spending more and more time with Book #2. I started writing this book this year because I needed to take action on my reflecting information and put it into practice. We can no longer sit back. It starts with finding strength in God and trusting Him to lead. It is for this reason I keep coming back to this verse. ?

“Give God the right to direct your life, and as you trust him along the way, you’ll find he pulled it off perfectly!” Psalms 37:5 TPT

So where am I going with all of this?

I do see a huge gain in knowledge and understanding when we can move from rational to creative. When we put this thinking to strategy, mission, and vision, it can become a driving force that gives back to others that produces innovative ideas, and stretches and grows our strengths in a way that is almost supernatural.

As leaders, we can pull back and become like other leaders and go completely rational and start making choices based on numbers, output, and news information that is constantly being broadcasted and consumed in all different formats, or we can decide to do the unthinkable, and…

We believe we can make a difference when we put emphasis on People First and continue to work at relationships and take care of each other by looking for win-win situations with our clients and vendors, and we seize the opportunity to take a leap of faith and TRUST people and show our support for the work they are doing. There is risk here, but the rewards justify the risk if we look at the bigger gain and are willing to think outside ourselves and dream big and act big.

Even with all the distractions, today, I have worked (mind, body, soul/spirit) to see the vast opportunity we have here and to know that we are only here for a very short time and that we can see success if we are willing to set the bar higher to achieve more and we pay close attention to putting people first and bringing others along for the ride.

Let’s finish out 2024 strong and continue to remain strong in our values and put our trust more in God through prayer like never before.
