Menopause policy

We introduced our new menopause policy to strengthen our commitment to creating an inclusive and supportive environment for all Dufrainians. This initiative aligns with our core values of thriving at work, being ourselves, and succeeding together, and is another step in our ongoing effort to ensure that everyone feels supported and valued at every stage of life.

Charlotte Lester Assoc. CIPD , our HR Advisor, adds:

“Each woman’s experience is unique, and this diversity can often lead to misunderstandings. Whether or not you’re directly affected, someone you know or work with will go through this significant life transition. By raising awareness and providing training, we promote empathy and understanding among all employees, fostering a culture of care and support.”
