Ukrainian Online Conference: “?The Future-Ready Fundraiser: Skills for Resilience and Growth”

Ukrainian organizations face unprecedented challenges daily, and effective fundraising has become essential.

In collaboration with a consortium of Ukrainian organizations, we announced an online fundraising conference for Ukrainian NGOs. This event aims to support fundraisers in acquiring critical skills, create a platform for experience-sharing, and foster professional growth.

Who will find this event valuable? Anyone involved in fundraising—from fundraisers and communications specialists to leaders and founders of organizations.

The event will take place on November 14. For details and tickets, visit our website: https://www.uafundraising.org.

Open Discussion with a Donor Representative

On October 10, Philanthropy in Ukraine held a discussion with a donor organization.

Margarita Kuznietsova , Senior Fund Manager at the Partnership Fund for a Resilient Ukraine (PFRU), joined Eugenia Mazurenko , co-founder of Philanthropy in Ukraine, to discuss donors’ perspectives on building effective partnerships, current challenges, and expectations from grantees.

Pilot Organization Verification

We recently completed a pilot version of organization verification for our upcoming Ukrainian CSOs mapping platform. Several Ukrainian organizations participated in the verification process and shared valuable feedback on their experiences.

Why was this feedback essential?

  • Insights on verification complexity, time required, and resource use.
  • Recommendations for improvements and expansions.
  • Expert perspectives on the assessment process and their impressions.

We’ll soon be sharing the results and conclusions from this pilot!
