The Hourly Rate is Dead: Embracing Outcomes in the Era of AI

Jon Meakin explained that embracing outcomes will be crucial in surviving the rapid adaptation of AI. Good evaluation is outcome- or impact-focused and more prescriptive than descriptive.

A critical step is including budget for measurement in your client programming. After all, if we don’t measure or evaluate, how can we possibly know whether we have been successful? ?

Outcomes that should be taken or measured include: learning/knowledge, attitude change, satisfaction, trust, preference, intention, advocacy and message acceptance.

On October 4th, we released “Better Together,” a publication that identifies specific actions and commitments for clients and agencies to build and nurture inclusive teams. It is available to download here .?
