As we approach the final two months of 2024, I want to take a moment to recognize the high level of engagement throughout the year. Through the end of October, there have been over 1,000 attendees at 29 events. There were 153 unique companies represented from 37 counties in South Carolina as well as 8 counties in NC and GA. It is your participation that is driving positive change in South Carolina. Thank you!

Adidas Performance Ecosystem and Labor Management - Spartanburg

11/12/24 - Adidas Spartanburg Campus was established in 2008, as the flagship distribution center campus for the U.S. market. The campus consists of two semi-automated DCs with +2.5M square feet, one focuses on footwear and the other apparel. The distribution centers fulfill orders for all channels (Retail, Wholesale, and eCom). In 2022, the campus piloted and adopted the adidas Performance Ecosystem (PeS), with the re-implementation of multi-variable engineered labor standards. During this event, the leadership team will present the PeS framework, an overview of how employee-level performance is measured and tracked, and provide a tour of DC1 (Apparel).

The OpExChange Portal Library now features over 100 documented plant visits and webinars. This library includes executive summaries of each event, along with any shared documents, examples, photos, and even videos from selected sessions. The attached events catalog offers a direct link to each event in the members-only library. Remember, all employees at OpExChange member sites have access to this resource.
