Passing this 40-hour course enables you to teach the yoga proven to raise bone mineral density. Its safety is indicated by the 150,000 hours of people doing this yoga without a single fracture, herniated disc, or any serious injury. Nearly 300 teachers in 43 states and 10 countries currently teach several full classes each week, some asking that we train competent co-teachers for them to manage their teaching load.
