Getting started with responsive HTML5

Our templates make it easy to create attention grabbing high impact formats with just a few image or video assets, but sometimes a design calls for a more custom solution. This is where responsive HTML5 comes in - enabling full creative freedom to design and build (almost) anything you can imagine!?

Combatting low-power mode for video formats

When a device is in low power mode it may suspend auto-play for video formats meaning that the creative will appear blank to the user. To ensure your video formats are safeguarded against this, we recommend?always adding an end card image.?

The end card image will be displayed in the event that video auto-play is suspended for any reason, making sure your ad never appears blank!?When you are designing your end card image here are some important things to keep in mind:

  • It can be a screenshot of the video itself or a more custom designed image
  • The aspect ratio/dimensions and safe zones of the end card need to be the same as the video??
