Some exciting news came in for Microsoft Teams this month: the Queues app is now generally available and a new chat and channels experience has been introduced!
The Queues app is efficient and cost-effective, helping businesses to improve their call queue management. It makes agents' jobs easier, it optimizes oversight for leads, and it streamlines management for administrators. Read more here.
Meanwhile, the new chat and channels experience will be coming to public preview in November. In this new experience, chats, teams, and channels are in one place under Chat. There's also a new mentions view and new filters to use. Find out more here.
