This month we are focusing on what we can do for our mental health and wellbeing. We should all prioritise and look after our mental health, just as we do our physical health. Taking time for ourselves, seeking support when needed, and incorporating positive daily habits can foster discipline and selfcare, promoting a more balanced lifestyle.
Mental Health Ireland's 5 Ways To Wellbeing are small actions we can take everyday to make huge differences in our overall wellbeing.
Everyday in October, Mental Health Ireland is offering free live webinars on 'Connect to the Five Ways to Wellbeing'.
Tea & Talk
On October 9th we are hosting a Tea & Talk morning for World Mental Heath day!
We would love you to get involved, take a break, enjoy a warm cup of tea, and connect with colleagues in a relaxed environment. It's a great opportunity to have meaningful conversations about mental health, share experiences, support each other and raise money for Mental Health Ireland.
