October Community workshop updates

October Community workshop updates

Welcome to our monthly update on workshops planned for October 2022.

As a community and intern-driven company, we believe in nurturing and fostering the innovative technologies that are driving the business of today and tomorrow. These are free community workshops run by experts in each field who are community-driven individuals running successful businesses and have taken the time to share their special skills to help you improve and grow.

All our workshops are on Saturday from 11 am to 1 pm so that it does not interfere with the working week. So get your weekends off to a good start with some networking and industry knowledge.

29 October: Organisational Design - How Progressive Leaders Can Shape Future Organizations with New Ways of Work?

Speaker: Aman Eid, Organizational Designer & Learning Strategist

Work is changing with an impact on society as a whole and on the business ecosystem. Regardless of job descriptions, hierarchical rank, industry or marital status, digitization and the associated globalization and diversity are disrupting the entire world of work. But the consequences of this are usually discussed in narrow specialist circles, either among HR managers or among startup investors.

In this hands-on workshop, Aman Eid will take us through the importance of organizational design for laying the ground for a sustainable and resilient organization.
