Hey Everybody,
I hope you're keeping well. I just want to take 5 minutes to just 'catch-up' as it turns out I last wrote a 'newsletter' 3 months ago - how did that happen and who stole Summer?!
What have I been doing?
Annnnddddddd.....
Some things I haven't been doing...
Why?
...Well, not out of choice! I've simply just not had the time, energy, creativity or headspace.
Throughout October I have booked holidays and will be working a 4-day week. I'll be slowing down a little, recharging, finding some balance, responding to messages and yes...writing my book!

So, why am I sharing this with you?
This is just a reminder, to slow down, reflect, rebalance and reallign. When you're driven by a purpose, and passionate about what you do, It's SO easy to get caught up, and it's a fast and easy route to burnout.
It's also a note to say, I'm not ignoring your messages. I often procastinate to ensure I give you the time/attention you deserve, quality over quantity is kinda how I roll (hence the slowing down when quantity starts taking over!).
What steps are you taking to be the best and healthiest version of yourself?
Be a good human,
SFJ.
P.S. Some of my projects are coming to a close, so I'm now scoping and tendering for work for November onwards. Fancy a chat? Set-up a call here .

1 个月Simone, I absolutely resonate with your thoughts on the importance of slowing down and finding balance. It's so easy to get caught up in the hustle, especially when you're driven by passion and purpose. I admire your dedication to delivering quality over quantity—it’s a reminder we all need to hear sometimes. Looking forward to seeing more of your work, and best of luck with writing the sequel to 'The Human-Centric Workplace'!
