E-Way Bill and E-Invoice Enhancements

Generating E-way bills and E-invoices for B2B transactions is now easier than ever. In compliance with GST norms, VasyERP allows you to generate both E-way bills and E-invoices directly from your system when you create and save a B2B invoice.

Here’s what's new:

? Cancellation Flexibility: You can cancel any E-invoice or E-way bill within 24 hours of generation, giving you time to fix any errors or changes without hassle.?

? No Edits After Generation:?Once an E-way bill or E-invoice has been generated, further edits to the B2B invoice will no longer be allowed. This ensures compliance with GST norms and reduces errors in your records.?

? New Access for Employees:?Empowering your team, VasyERP now allows employees to generate E-invoices and E-way bills from their own accounts, streamlining internal processes.

Loyalty Portal Enhancement?

Managing your customer loyalty just became a lot easier. In the past, resetting customer loyalty points was a tedious, one-by-one process. But with our new bulk reset feature, you can now select multiple customers and reset their points at once.?

This new feature saves you time and effort, allowing for smoother loyalty program management.?

User Role Management

Previously, only HQ could manage and view multiple outlets. With our updated User Role Management feature, you can now assign roles to team members, giving them control over specific outlets directly from their accounts.?

? Enhanced Module Control:?You can also grant module-specific permissions to users, so they have access to only the modules and data they need. This boosts security and ensures the right people manage the right functions within your organization.?

B2B Portal Enhancements?

The B2B portal just got a significant upgrade! We’ve introduced new filters to improve user experience and provide better visibility of your data.

? Master Quantity and Calculations:?For improved clarity, we’ve added master quantity and calculation visibility. This means you’ll now have a clearer understanding of product quantities, making bulk ordering and inventory management more transparent and easier to navigate.

?POS Module Enhancement?

We've made the POS module even smarter. From now on, any zero-amount bill will automatically display the payment mode as ‘Cash’, rather than showing "Pay Later." This change removes unnecessary payment reminders and provides a cleaner checkout process for customers.?

Say goodbye to long checkout lines! We’re excited to introduce V-Checkout, a self-checkout solution designed for businesses that want to enhance their customer experience.?

With V-Checkout, your customers can simply:?

? Scan a QR code provided at the checkout station.?

? Add items to their cart by scanning the product barcode with their mobile device.?

? Complete the payment online, skipping the need to wait in line.?
