September was an exciting month working alongside Syringa Networks! We played a key role in supporting their sponsorship of the annual Idaho Governor’s Cup. Our Creative Team jumped right in to design custom swag bags for participants, and our Event Team assisted with their fabulous Winemaker’s event, featuring some of Idaho’s top industry leaders. We love partnering with clients who are making a positive impact in our Idaho community!

Discover Your Brand’s Unique Voice with Mackenzie

We asked our Director of Communications, Mackenzie Jackson, for tips on how to craft a one-of-a-kind brand voice. Here’s her advice:

“Every person you meet and connect with has a unique personality, perspective, and story. It’s no different for brands. As consumers, we gravitate towards brands that are authentic, relatable, and genuinely understand our needs versus brands with bland personality and generic messaging. That’s why you should put thought and effort into your own brand voice! Here’s three tips to get started:

1. Get to know your brand. Dig deep and think about why you started in the first place. What’s your mission? What drives your team? What are your core values? Your voice should reflect what you stand for and where you’re heading.?

2. Get to know your audience. It’s pretty dang hard to make a connection with someone you don’t know. Spend time discovering who your target audience is, what they care about, and how you can help. Think about their communication preferences and what voice style would best resonate.?

3. Be consistent! Once you have a good idea of your brand identity and voice, stick with it. Use the same tone and language across all platforms to start building trust with your audience. Soon, they will come to recognize you as a familiar friend.”?
