Ms. Katz is a graduate of the University of Michigan where she received a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature with a minor in classic studies. She graduated from Thomas M. Cooley Law School, cum laude, in January 2008 with a concentration in litigation and served as the Managing Editor of the Thomas M. Cooley Law Review. She is a member of the State Bar of Michigan and the Oakland County Bar Association. Ms. Katz was named Best Lawyers “Ones to Watch” in Litigation (Banking and Finance) in 2022 and 2023.
