October 2023

Ready for some more info?? October is one of my favorite months because there is perfect weather here in AZ and it usually ends with all the candy you can eat.

This month we discuss:

  • How you're treating your employees who are parents of people vs those who are not
  • Why you should let your employees talk about pay
  • How to part ways with underperforming employees with empathy
  • Why you shouldn't ask candidates to do working interviews

If you haven't heard, we have a webinar on the 13th discussing how to lead remote teams successfully, don't forget to sign up.

Last but not least, I want to give a huge thank you to Crystal Richards for asking me to speak at Indoor Recess, which was phenomenal! She knows how to throw an event! If you don't follow her, you should!
