Promotions & Coupon
The following enhancements have been made to this feature:
?For shoppers:
? Prioritized coupon display: coupons providing the largest discount based on the total cart value and coupon applicability can be displayed first.
?? Coupon code-based promotion: shoppers can now choose specific coupon codes tailored to the product categories in their cart, offering them increased autonomy and a customized shopping journey.
For sellers:
?? Enhanced free gift selection: sellers can display multiple options for free gifts on a single purchase, with the added capability to specify the number of gifts a shopper can choose.
?? MRP-based promotions: to qualify for "Buy X Get Y" deals or to claim free gifts, shoppers will be required to purchase items at their Maximum Retail Price (MRP).
Split Payments
Now shoppers can pay using multiple methods for a single order on your brand website as well as on Fynd Store OS.
The payment interface updates in real-time to reflect partial payments, leading shoppers towards full settlement. Once paid, shoppers are directed to the order confirmation page, making for a simplified and improved payment process.
Fynd Platform app v1.1 for Android and iOS
Building on our last update, we've introduced a suite of new features and enhancements to the Fynd Platform app aimed at empowering sellers and streamlining operations.
What's new:
?? Personalize delivery charges: sellers now have the flexibility to set delivery fees that align with their business strategies.
?? Editable PAN details: post-onboarding, sellers can now update their PAN information with ease.
?? Extended character support: product names can now include special characters, allowing for more expressive listings.
CCAvenue Payment Gateway
Fynd Platform is now fully integrated with CCAvenue's payment gateway, providing smooth transaction and refund capabilities for an improved payment journey.
JioOnePay Pay-by-Link
The JioOnePay payment gateway is now integrated for smoother server-to-server transactions.?
This update includes a handy JioOnePay link, giving sellers a straightforward way to handle payment requests with various methods, improving the payment process.
Checkout.com Payment Method
We’ve added Checkout.com as a new payment method, streamlining transactions for international shoppers as well.?
Sellers can generate payment links representing the total checkout amount and share them through email, SMS, or QR codes, offering shoppers a seamless way to complete payments.

Fynd Platform now welcomes users from around the world to sign up and log in using their local phone numbers, thanks to this feature.

Sellers can collect and showcase customer feedback on products and websites through:
?? Interactive Q&A: letting customers ask product-related questions to boost customer engagement and purchase decision-making.
?? Highlighted testimonials: feature top reviews on your homepage to build trust and attract new customers.
Custom Domain Support
Users can use their own domain in CDN URLs, enhancing their brand consistency and trust. These custom URLs will be exclusive to the user's organization's assets, and users can associate multiple domains with a single organization.

Human Segmentation v2.1.4
Building on a previous update that simplified segmenting images with multiple people, we've now enhanced human segmentation for overhead camera shots. This is especially advantageous for users using Pixelbin for event photography.
Fixed Color Issue for ‘ICC Profiles’
ICC profiles ensure color accuracy from design to print as it gives designers an accurate colour representation in their images. Via this update, these profiles are maintained during image transformations, color shifts are prevented and image quality is improved for a better, color-true editing experience.
Enhanced Performance & Scalability
With the latest update, all users will experience faster loading of storage assets which earlier would be time-consuming leading to longer wait times.
Enhanced File Naming Convention
Previously, users could not upload files with the same name but with different extensions. For example, if the user uploaded submarine.jpeg and submarine.png, the resulting files would be submarine.jpeg and submarine-UtsDz.png.
?With this update, users can now upload files with the same name but with different extensions since the entire name (including the extension) is stored in a single column, and a unique constraint check is in place to check this.
