Introducing Mandates: Bespoke Investment Strategies

An investor’s strategy is central to Estating and the properties we offer lie along a spectrum from protection to growth. However, many investors have a need for something unique, designed their specific investment strategy. Working in partnership Estating creates a specific mandate from that client and then scans the world to source a property that delivers to that requirement. The last month has seen one of these projects go live; the investor wanted a property in one of the main cities in Germany, offering a safe and accumulated growth opportunity. Once the investment parameters were defined, Estating were given the mandate to find a fully rented multifamily home, totally refurbished. This process is expected to be completed by January of next year with the property bought, securitised and long- term management put in place.
