Ocho is an AI-driven tech recruitment agency based in Belfast. Founded by Phil Gamble, Ryan Quinn, and Aaron Somers, Ocho leverages AI technology to automate the recruitment process. The company provides permanent, embedded and contract recruitment solutions for all types of roles in the technology industry.

It's been quite the journey since our launch in January, and we're excited to announce some major milestones that underscore our commitment to disrupting the recruitment landscape.

Expanding Our Team

We've expanded our dream team to eight talented members, including the recent additions of Brendan, Colin, Naomi, Kamila, and most recently Lindsey. With decades of collective recruitment experience, they're poised to drive Ocho's success. Led by Phil Gamble, Ryan Quinn, and Aaron Somers, who boast nearly 50 years of combined experience in tech and recruitment, we're stronger than ever

Going Global

We've spread our wings, extending our operations to mainland Europe and the USA. Our recruitment teams in Portugal and New York are hard at work, partnering with a diverse range of clients and embarking on exciting projects.

Aaron Somers Takes the Lead

Director Aaron Somers is taking on a new role as Head of Contract Recruitment, leveraging his past successes at tech specialist Neueda to elevate Ocho in Northern Ireland and the UK.

Meet Lindsey and Ocho Legal

We're delighted to introduce Lindsey, a seasoned legal recruitment expert with 15 years of experience. Lindsey's expertise spans leading law firms across multiple jurisdictions, from US and Magic/Silver Circle firms to prominent National & International Legal 500 firms and boutique practices. What truly sets Lindsey apart is her deep understanding of the legal sector and her role in helping global firms scale and build offices, including senior Partner level hires.
