OCF Challenges Our Community
To help ECA complete construction of the first phase of Civic Park, the McKenzie Oaks Ranch Fund of Oregon Community Foundation gifted us with a $1 million challenge grant! The fund will match $1 for every $2 donated through December 31, 2020.
