OceanClub Releases All-Stars Program and Data Dialogue Magazine to Drive Global Data Storage Tech Innovation and Application


At MWC Barcelona 2025, the OceanClub Data Storage Technology Community officially released the All-Stars Program and the first issue of Data Dialogue magazine. These releases are intended to foster professional technical exchanges and expand talent networks in the global data storage field. They aim to facilitate the popularization, innovation, and adoption of data storage technologies to help unlock the full potential of data.

At the meeting, Simon Yu, Global Director of the OceanClub Community, announced the launch of the All-Stars Program, which aims to build a global and diverse expert network. By the end of 2025, the program plans to recruit 150 elite experts from regions including Europe, the Middle East, Central Asia, Asia-Pacific, Latin America, and Africa. The recruitment targets professionals with substantial technical expertise and industry influence, such as enterprise CXOs, technical decision-makers, data center architects, O&M specialists, and university professors. These professionals will provide specialized guidance to the community and its members, jointly driving continuous innovation in data storage technologies.

Designated OceanClub elite experts have access to multiple benefits, including expert certificates, dedicated expert pages, author's remuneration, and face-to-face communication with C-suite executives of renowned companies. By the end of 2024, 56 industry leaders had already joined OceanClub as elite experts. They share the latest technologies, exchange best practices, and participate in online and onsite discussions to contribute to the community and further the popularization and adoption of data storage technologies.

Five members from Spain were certified as OceanClub elite experts, marking the official launch of the All-Stars Program in 2025. Elite expert representatives Antonio Sanchez Canero, Datacenter Technical Director at ilitia, and Oscar Casas, Data Center and Cloud Solutions Architect at IaaS365 shared their experiences in participating in OceanClub activities, and highlighted the productiveness of each activity. They expressed their appreciation for being named OceanClub elite experts, and looked forward to seeing more data storage professionals join the program and share their valuable career experiences and insights to help the community grow.

OceanClub officially released the first issue of its Data Dialogue magazine. This quarterly magazine serves as a technical reference that gathers the ideas of global industry leaders and experts in data storage and other IT fields. It provides insights into enterprise data storage practices, and explores the future of data storage in the era of large AI models and cutting-edge strategies for data protection. This magazine will offer the most up-to-date and authentic information for professionals in data storage and related industries.



This magazine has three main chapters:

l? Industry Trends: This chapter mainly introduces the external controller-based storage in the large AI model era and Roland Berger partner Damien Dujacquier's insights into Future-proof Data Storage Power: The High Performance Engine that Drives the Emergence of Intelligent Economy

l? Best Practices: This chapter mainly discusses the construction of WeBank's next-gen data DR and backup system, as well as iFLYTEK's practices in building a cluster containing over 10k xPUs. It highlights how iFLYTEK ramps up computing power utilization

l? Storage Ecosystem: This chapter mainly explores insights from Jiwu Shu, a professor from Tsinghua University, on aligning storage technology with talent development, and perspectives from Ji Xu, CTO of Nanjing Cornerstone Data Technology, on best practices in the data storage ecosystem, fostering talent and advancing the industry ecosystem.


In 2025, the OceanClub community plans to hold more online and onsite activities, with the aim of gathering and sharing valuable insights and best practices through the Data Dialogue magazine. These efforts will foster technological innovation, accelerate deployment, and drive industry development.
