Ocean Waves

In the vast embrace of the ocean deep,

Where whispers of eternity softly sweep,??

God flows like water, boundless and wide,??

A shimmering presence, the ebb and the tide.??

Each living thing, like a wave, does rise,??

A spark of the divine beneath endless skies,??

From the smallest of shells to the mightiest roar,??

All pulse with life, then return to the shore.??

In sunlight’s caress, each wave gleams bright,??

Reflecting the wonders of day and of night,??

Yet in every crest and in every fall,??

Lives the heartbeat of God, the source of it all.?

We dance in the currents, in joy and in strife,??

Each wave tells a story, a glimpse of a life,??

Though we may crash and scatter apart,??

In the ocean’s embrace, we’re one at the heart.??

So let us remember, as we ride this great sea,??

We pulse and return, united and free,??

For the ocean of God, with its infinite grace,??

Holds each of us dearly, we’re home in this space.
