Obsession of Happiness!

Often times, I hear how worried people are, or see how unhappy and stressed they are with their life's. I've even met and heard from few others who are doing absolutely fine right now but would already be feeling bad about their future attracting many bad vibes too early even before the future in thought is realized.
It's unfortunate that many do not understand the simple fundamentals of happiness. Once you become an adult, most the time you are the owner of your actions, worry or smile. Life becomes it with a combination of variables, if you are only studying or only working chances are that you will become stressed in no time. You need changes, you need breaks. You must find out what eases you. What boosts you, may be its a sleep, may be its a book, may be its a movie. What ever that is, its to be found by you, and no other person can help you here. This is 'cos we are all differently wired. We need to find what wires work to de-stress and what works to boost energy.
Once you know what eases you, you are really responsible in allocating your own off times. Don't come up with excuses to say you are busy, that you have work from morning to evening to night. Don't tell me that you don't find time to have lunch. Check your ID first? How old you? If there are meetings at 12 and its the time you eat, either eat earlier, or later or eat while the meeting is on. You decide what works for you. I do not believe we can shift time for meetings in saving everyone's lunch time. Agree? Sounds like we are at Nursery.
If you are feeling sad or worried of something you don't have, always and always look at thousands of others around you who do not even have the comforts you have. There can be people who live better than you, Yes - they may have done good merits thus they are benefiting now, you can be better and it shall come your way someday. Should not be a worry point.
Another valuable aspect is how others makes us feel. Yes, there are toxic people and on the other side each and everyone is different. Due to this we may not find every conversation and thoughts aligned to each other. That's pretty normal. But then, you have the full and total control on your acts, and your thoughts. So, be it, make sure that you do play good. Have good thoughts, do good acts, take care of others, offer help, be happy, and successful!
You are responsible for your happiness, not me, not your parents neither your partner or your office mate. But if you ask me if the Kitten or Puppy helps? Yes - Of course!
