I’m scrambling around here slightly more frantic than usual.
Allow me to tell you about an exciting observation I’ve witnessed today.
On the one hand, I’ve spoken to a prospect and on the other, a current client.
The prospect was doing all the right things.
- Exercising daily
- Drinking his water
- Following a detailed spreadsheet with all the metrics on
Yet he still wasn't completely comfortable in his own skin, hence the chat with me.
We had a great call and I gave him a few things to think about and work on.
On the other hand...
My current client said something which made me step back.
It helped me realise why...
My client said...
His previous approach to health had been to restriction, deprivation, hard work and setting goals.
(ALL the things I don't do by the way)
You see there’s a whole world out there to live if you stop, smell the roses, and for God's sake...
...Give yourself a chance to be grateful.
Instead of always trying to overcome yourself in a never-ending cycle of negativity.
Sure life is tough - but your health doesn't have to be.
Unfortunately, you have to roll the dice before experiencing transformation.
