Observations regarding call recordings

I have kept some data for the last two months on the case of people recording meetings:

Duration of recording data: April 25th 2022 to May 25th 2022

No. of meetings attended: 122

No. of meetings recorded by a member of the meeting: 85

No. of meetings recorded by the client: 2

No. of meetings recorded by me: 0

No. of times the link to the call recording was shared after the call: 67

No. of times the call recording was shared with a summary, additional notes, MOM, or time stamps to provide context to someone who did not attend the meeting: 6

No. of times team members listened to the recording (judging this based on the answer to question, "Did you listen to this recording?" or their own admission, "I didn't go through this recording."): 45

No. of times team members went through the recording later to review performance, as input for debrief, etc. (not because of escalation or discussions around scope creep, etc.): 6

No. of times team members went through the recording later to support an argument in case of escalation and instances of scope creep: 12

No. of times the client referred to a call recording (usually recorded by someone else) to give inputs, design direction, or as a basis for escalation: 14

(These details were recorded in a paper journal with ink pen and corroborated to some measure against Calendar invites.)
