power of observation and effectivness
When My daughter was in Class Kinder Garden, We went for her first PTM (Parent Teacher Meeting). The first feedback we got from teachers was 'Sir We need to be vigilant and aware of being noticed and observed by these little kids as they come and inadvertantly / without any hesitations say Madam/Sir dont u have sense of wearing dress properly .. ur Saree is not matching with your lipstick etc.' The teacher was astonished to have the observation like this. But in our professional lives unfortunately we lose this freedom of speech and are afraid of being... My next experience ...a little girl aged 6.5 years comes to me and tells me u look good in a blue color shirt... I am shocked... Why cannt we have this kind of environment in professional lives where generous and open feedback is provided w/o any reservations.
