An Observant Leader
When you are with an observant person, you will see that they read you, without even really looking at you. That's because they have become skillful at it.
OBSERVING THE WORLD
Being observant was believed to only be used with visons, we take information from what we see, but the truth is that it lets people understand everything around them with all our senses. This skill is used to soak in the world and discovered necessary information and it is a skill that all leaders should have if they want to get successful.

TO BE OR NOT TO BE SATISFIED
Every company can not be successful if they do not have customers that are satisfied with the product, and being observant can guide you to make sure you can satisfy your customers forever by understanding the conflict and to solve it. When making a product, the leader must pay attention to how his/her customers, who would react to your product, and get feedback about it to find out if the customers are satisfied with the product or not, and then find a way to make the customers satisfied and how to improve the product so that the customers would appreciate the gesture and having more customers would be interested in buying it.

KNOWLEDGE ABOUT THE RIVALS
Believe it or not gaining knowledge and insight on your rival companies can be the inspiration you need to improve the company, it can help keep you updated on the newest trend and how to develop your own company. You can have a deeper understanding of why customers love to buy their product and make a SWOT analysis to compare that product with your own to see how it’s unique and find the uniqueness in your product that would have customers want to buy

CONCLUSION
In conclusion, the observation skill is one of the skills that a leader needs to have in order to understand the company strength, weakness and the customers. They can sniff out creativity and it makes them more focused with his/her surroundings, that can help them find the answer to the problems with the company and the customers.
