Objectives, desires, solutions

At the beginning of this year, I thought, as always, that I don't set goals. I fulfill my wishes by a certain date or I solve my problems on a deadline. This makes it much easier for me to connect with what I need to do.

It was my way of setting myself up for failure and I stopped doing it. Now I am set for success and, as I said, I have a new way of achieving my goals.


Helpful questions

There are two questions I answer regularly to remember not to deflect. Of course, I still deflect - if I wasn’t doing this I wouldn’t feel human. I would feel like a robot and I don't want that either. I'm deflecting but I have a system that helps me get back on track when I realize I am deflecting.

2. What are the 1-3 "safety nets" or "railings" to help you honor your commitments, regardless of the situation?


For you: Questions and things to think about

1. What are / were the commitments you made to yourself for the next 30 days? For me, one of them was to write every day and here I have a red flag because 2 days have passed and I haven't written anything. You?

2. You know how stairs work. They take us up and down, but not to the right or left, because they have railings. I think about my desires or the challenges I want to solve as stairs that will lead me to a more fulfilled life. Everything I create professionally aims to create an even better life for me and my family. That's Success for me. Railings are those things that I include in my schedule regardless of weather, condition, situation, etc.


a. ???? ?????????? ?????????????? - for over 3 years I have been starting my days with what I call my ritual and I have noticed how annoyingly true it is that in its absence, in the absence of clarity and focus it brings me, my days are less productive.

b. ?????? ?????????? ?? ?????? - I don't make lists to check everything on them every day. I make lists so that I don't forget to prioritize, but every day is centered around only one thing. If I do this specific task then I will feel fulfilled that day. And the truth is that every time I do that, I also accomplish much more. But I do it with a sense of relaxation and success, not with stress.

c. ?? ???? ???? ?? ???????? ?????????? ?????? - alone, with someone, with headphones or not, in the rain or wind, I go out.

d. ?????????????? - I choose what I include in my life not out of fear of losing opportunities, but out of a desire to keep me on my way. With the same purpose in mind, I give up on activities, certain people, habits. It's the filter that shows me if I'm staying close or away from my mission.
