2 年I'm also finding funny, how politicians call it nepotism when someone is hired, qualified for the job, but with a link to the management, i.e. a family member. Is it better to hire someone you do NOT know? We plan Kolibri based on a network of people we do know, for their qualifications and other qualities! Who hire their teams from the network of experts they know and value in their respective domains.
The observer is always part of the system s/he observes. Thus, 100% objectivity is an illusion. Reality is always subjective!
