Objections in Sales Can be Frustrating!
Once you understand that they are coming from a place of FEAR from your prospective customer, it's easier to respond with empathy.
You want to keep your answer/rebuttal short & simple- and always with care & empathy.
Our default nature as humans puts us at the center of our own universe. You have to step out of that if you want to make a difference while being successful at sales.
But, when you are in the middle of discovery with a new prospect, take a moment to step back and view that person with empathy. Empathy in sales should not be performative, but because you genuinely care.
