This week is a short one, and borrows from the legends. Currently traveling through San Francisco and Portland for meetings; but not sending something makes me feel empty lol!

Jason Bay is a favorite sales leader that I fanboy and follow. He shared a video coaching a salesperson how to approach cold calls that I thought was brilliant.

It disarms, builds a bridge, and gives you a real chance at sharing value with prospects - especially when recipients start off hostile or defensive.

Watching this actually got me excited to make cold calls; hope it does the same for you. There are people who need you to pick up the phone and change their lives.
