Job Description:-

As a member of the IT Finance organization, you will be responsible for the design, development, delivery and support of analytic solutions using Informatica, SSIS, OBIEE.

Your experience will include translating business needs into Informatica/SSIS jobs to access data and develop Oracle Business Intelligence analyses and dashboards.

You will collaborate with business partners from Asset Analytics and loss prevention teams to demonstrate the value of CVS Caremark products and services.

You will enable data-driven strategic decision-making and identify opportunities for existing product improvement and new product development.

In this exciting role, you will design and build analyses on Prescription and Inventory Movements data translating your analytic findings for appropriate business audiences.

Essential Job Functions:

• Collaborating with key internal and external stakeholders to gather and analyze needs and requirements to design and implement robust analytic and reporting solutions to support the identified needs;
• Accessing data, designing summary data layers and constructing and manipulating large datasets to support planned analyses, using SSIS/Informatica, OBIEE and similar tools;
• Assessing existing available data, identifying data gaps, and collaborating with Data Strategy, Data warehouse, DBAs and business partners to develop approaches to closing the data gaps;
• Building dynamic reports and dashboards using OBIEE 11g/12c ;
• Collaborating with business and analytic resources across multiple teams in a matrix organization to accomplish project goals;
• Performing testing and validation of summary data layers and reports to ensure the results match the expected outcome;

-     Communicating complex technical subjects to technical and non-technical audiences.

 Required Qualifications

• Solid understanding and hands-on experience with Informatica, SSIS, OBIEE and data visualization tools and techniques.
• Extensive experience in delivering reporting solutions using OBIEE RPD and Dashboard/Answers.
• Experience in working with Windows and Linux environments.
• Solid understanding and hands-on experience working with large data sources - Teradata and Oracle, including data manipulation and insight generation
• Provide solutions for performance-related issues by tuning OBIEE reports and underlying tables.
• Provide solutions to business tickets and deliver fixes.
• Problem-solving skills and experience constructing analytic solutions to business problems;
• Ability to quickly develop knowledge and understanding of new domains and underlying data sources;
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, including conveying analytic concepts and findings to executive and non-technical audiences with the goal of obtaining feedback and defining the next steps to make the analytic insights actionable.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience as a project lead delivering BI solutions.
• Experience in administrating OBIEE 12c is a plus.
• Experience interacting with and influencing decision-making by business audiences;
• Managing projects and processes, including coordinating activates across diverse departments and ensuring that contributions across different teams are aligned and integrated as part of overall delivery;
• Working knowledge of healthcare industry products/services and operations.
