Lies a group of heroes, unnoticed and sublime. 
The threat intelligence team, with their tenacious drive, 
Work hard to keep us safe and alive. 

The specialists, analysts, researchers, and engineers, 
Devote themselves to the task, shedding sweat and tears. 
Their persistence is admirable, their passion, unmatched, 
Their OSINT skills, exquisite, and rarely unrivaled.

But their work comes at a cost, it takes a toll, 
On their health and well-being, that's beyond their control. 
Their employers depend on them for proactive measures, 
To keep the threats at bay, with timely and actionable treasures.

Yet they're underpaid, overworked, and underappreciated, 
Despite their analytical skills, they remain underrated. 
It's time for employers to take notice and care, 
To ensure their OSINT professionals are always aware.

Aware of their health, and their wellness too, 
For without them, the threats can break through. 
Take a break, step back, and recharge, 
For the threats won't wait, they'll be at large.

Let's honor this incredible team, 
For all that they do, our hearts agleam. 
Their persistent approach and tenacity, truly admirable, 
Their passion, the key to their success, absolutely valuable.

We call out to the employers with this plea, 
Value your OSINT pros, for they hold the key, 
The game of threat intelligence never ends, 
Requiring tireless souls, ever-vigilant friends.         

I dedicate this poem to all the OSINtians out there and pay a tribute to their exquisite intelligence and analytical skills. This poem also appeals to their employers to take care of their OSINT professionals, as the game of threat intelligence is unending and ever-evolving that requires ever-vigilant but energetic human resources.
