Obama Designates Three New Mojave Desert Monuments. 1.8 Million Acres.

Breaking News!!! YES! YES! YES! F*** YES!!! This is more than just a dream (and hard work) some us had.....a huge victory for the California Desert!! Now, and in year to come, Baby Simon and Baby Luke will be able to cherish some of the Mojave Desert's most sacred back-country....now, with ME, and in years to come -as I've done since I was a kid, and with my daughter Tarah literally starting when was born - and when they are my age. Five years ago, the only thing on the Mojave Desert Horizon was the onslaught of massive, desert-crushing solar and wind technology zones. Now, many of the areas slated for construction/destruction, in particular, the magnificent and internationally-cherished desert-leg of historic Route 66 and corridor will be spared. This is the BEST thing to happen to the Mojave in a long time. HURRAY!!! Good Move, and Thank You, Mr. President! Thank you, Sen. Feinstein!
