Our team recently completed an ISO Internal Auditor training with Mr. Keneth Sah (HSE Advisor of Oasis Enterprises), emphasizing the key parameters for an Audit (Availability - Understanding - Implementation - Improvement Opportunity).

Recognizing the critical need for internal and external audits, the trainer underscored the importance of the PLAN - DO - CHECK - ACT model (PDCA Cycle), in achieving continual improvement and how much this depends on the workforce who have firsthand knowledge of their operations. The learning outcome included, but not limited to attaining the level where employees volunteer as auditors and not just being selected. our employees were equipped with the necessary skills to conduct audits effectively and efficiently adhering with the requirements of the audit criteria.
