Last month, OnePoll found that 38% of employees would be more likely to stay working for a sustainable company, whilst 40 more company bosses called for four-day working weeks.

?? A study by OnePoll found that 38% of employees would be more likely to stay working for an employer that takes active steps towards office and company sustainability. The figures were higher for 18-24 year-olds (49%) and lower for 55-64 year-olds (28%).?

? Towergate Employee Benefits found that quiet quitting, staff turnover and hybrid working are three of the biggest issues impacting employers. Quiet quitting has affected 35% of employers, staff turnover has affected 34% of employers and hybrid working has affected 31% of employers.

?? 34% of employers say that their staff are not aware of, nor do they understand, all of the employee benefits they are offered, according to new research conducted by Group Risk Development (GRiD) . The question was asked about all benefits including pensions and healthcare.

?? 40 company bosses have written to party leaders including Prime Minister Rishi Sunak and Labour leader Keir Starmer to call for legislation that supports the transition to a four-day, 32-hour working week with no loss of pay.?This comes after multiple trials have reported successful outcomes.

?? Payroll Integrations 'State of Employee Financial Wellness' report revealed that whilst 49% of employers said they believe they're supporting their workforce's financial wellbeing, only 28% of employees agree.
